1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites and applications provided by Efficio Ledger (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide software and web services to help individuals and businesses track expenses, import files, categorize transactions and generate reports. Services, features, and pricing may change from time to time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Payments and Billing
Some features require payment. When you subscribe or otherwise pay for a plan you agree to any applicable pricing and billing terms posted when you purchase. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for all fees that you incur in connection with your account.
Refund policy
Refunds are provided only in accordance with this policy. If you request a refund, we will review the request and applicable purchase details. IMPORTANT: refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of payment. If you wish to request a refund you must contact support within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
5. User Conduct
You must not misuse the services. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation): unauthorized access, uploading unlawful content, sending spam, interfering with the operation of the service, or violating any law.
6. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own all rights, title and interest in the service and its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Data and Privacy

8. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms or for other lawful reasons. Upon termination, sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice in a manner we consider appropriate. Continued use of the service after the changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
